This article explains the tower crane repeated use after installation test operation and acceptance
In three cases, the tower crane must be tested and accepted, namely: before the factory, after overhaul, and after reuse installation.  In this article, mainly explain the reuse of installation and post-test operation and acceptance. The following sections should be included:
Technical inspection:
Check the stability of the tower crane, the contact between the pulley and the wire rope, the electrical lines, safety devices, and the installation accuracy of the tower crane. In the absence of load, the vertical deviation between the tower body and the ground must not exceed three thousandths.
Unloaded test:
According to the lifting, rotating, changing the amplitude, walking mechanism to carry out the action test, and to make the lifting, walking, rotating joint action test. The sensitivity of each limiter was tested during the test.

 Rated load test:
The boom is at a minimum operating range, raising the rated maximum lifting weight, and the weight is 20cm off the ground for 10 minutes. The distance from the ground is unchanged(at this time, the moment limiter should issue an alarm signal).

After passing the test, the lifting, walking, rotary motion test and joint action test shall be conducted at the maximum, minimum, and intermediate working ranges respectively.

The personnel participating in the test operation and acceptance and the test results shall be recorded in detail and truthfully, and the relevant personnel shall sign and confirm that they meet the requirements.

Safety of Construction and Attention of Electric System of Tower Hang
Construction safety of the tower crane electrical system, precautions in use: cable is not allowed to drag, safe distance, electrical connection, grounding, etc., one by one detailed introduction.
1. Tower cables are not allowed to walk on the ground. Cable coils with tensioning devices should be installed. The cables should be automatically wound around the cable with the tower cables to prevent the cables from rubbing with sleepers or being wound by orbital debris.
2. The safe distance between the overhead line and the tower crane at the construction site shall be stipulated in accordance with the temporary electrical code: "The minimum horizontal distance of the overhead line roadside line below 10kV at the edge of the rotating arm frame crane or the edge of the suspended object shall not be less than 2M.

When less than this distance, protective frames should be set up as required. There should be 36V color bubbles(or red light bulbs) for night construction. When the radius of the crane operation passes above the overhead line, there should also be protective measures above the line.
3. The repeated grounding of the tower crane should be set up at each end of the track. For the longer track, a set of grounding devices should be added every 30m. Between the two tracks, a circular electrical connection such as a steel bar or a flat iron is used. At the joint of the rail and rail, a wire is used to cross the wire to form an electrical connection.
4. The protection of the tower crane must be separated from the ground line. The power cord can be sent to the partial distribution box at the end of the tower suspension track, from which the PE line is connected to the repeated grounding line of the track, that is, the equivalent PE line is connected to the equipment housing through the rail wheel.

5. When the TT system is used on the spot, the tower crane should be grounded and its resistance value should not exceed 4 Ω; When using the TN system, in addition to the protection zero, it should also be repeatedly grounded in accordance with the provisions of the temporary electricity specification, and its resistance value should not be greater than 10 Ω.
