The general idea, preparation, procedure and method of the demolition of the internal climbing tower crane

5) install the internal climbing tower crane in the preselected position, and check all connecting bolts and pin shafts.

2, the demolition process of internal climbing tower crane

1) using the internal climbing tower crane, hang a 3T hand hoist at the end of the lifting pole, and use manpower to lift 4 of the 5 counterweights block by block onto the tarmac.

 In order to avoid the concentrated load on the tarmac, the counterweight blocks should be placed separately. The purpose of keeping one piece of counterweight is to keep the stability of the whole machine during the demolition of the tower crane.

2) rotate the tower crane lifting boom to the direction of removal;

A) set up a steel support at the platform according to the actual height of the lifting boom, and use the hydraulic jack to lift the lifting boom to about 200mm, so that the weight of the lifting boom falls on the steel support.

 At this time, the pull rod on the lifting boom is in a relaxed state.

B) on the tarmac, set up the bearing frame according to the direction of the lifting boom.

The material of the bearing frame is made of 048x3-5 steel pipe and connected by fasteners. The height is 3.5m, the length is 14M, the width is 3M and the height is 0.5m.

3) remove the lifting boom short pull rod, and put it on the lifting boom for fixing.

4) using the lifting mechanism of the tower crane itself, dismantle the long pull rod of the lifting boom and place it on the lifting boom for fixing. Hang a 5T hand pull gourd from a tower cap. One end is fixed on the end of the lifting boom,

5) remove the pin shaft connecting the lifting boom with the rotary upper support, and pull the hoist by hand to put the lifting boom on the bearing frame.

With the steel support as the fulcrum, the cantilever part of the lifting boom is about 1.868t, and the cantilever part placed inside is about 2.487t.

6) using the internal climbing tower crane, dismantle the lifting boom section by section; The weight of one section at the end of the lifting boom is 825Kg.

In order to avoid overturning the lifting boom after removal, the lifting boom must be pulled back 6M before removal.

7) after the lifting boom is removed, the balancing boom is removed;

A) use the internal climbing tower crane to lift the remaining balance weight blocks to the apron first.

B) one end of the 5T hand-pull hoist hanging on the tower cap is fixed at the end of the balance arm, and the end of the balance arm is fixed by the internal climbing tower crane.

Remove the connecting pin shaft between the balance arm and the rotary upper support, and place the balance arm on the apron smoothly.

8) remove the lifting mechanism on the balance arm, place it on the lifting frame of the internal climbing tower crane, put wire rope and hook through it, remove the control mechanism in the driver's cab and the electric control box on the balance arm, and relocate it.

 With this new combined mechanism, remove the remaining parts of the tower crane.

9) remove the tower cap and slewing mechanism and break them into parts.

10) use the internal climbing tower crane to lift the standard section, strengthening section, positioning frame and other structures located in the elevator shaft to the apron one by one.

Since the elevator shaft wall size is 2.3mx2.3m, it is difficult to remove the standard bolt (the surrounding space is not large enough). Therefore, the hydraulic jacking mechanism of the tower crane is used to lift the bolt to the apron and remove it one by one.

11) in order to avoid the impact of concentrated load on the loading of the apron, 3T hydraulic truck is used to scatter the structural parts of the tower crane.

3. Transport all parts of the dismantled tower crane directly to the ground

1) conduct test run on the re-assembled internal climbing tower crane, and conduct no-load test first to ensure that all actions are correct and effective.

Then carry out the load test, 2.5t, 3T, 3.5t lifting with load, amplitude with load, respectively, to test the overall stability of the crane. After checking and confirming that everything is normal, the vertical transport operation can be carried out.

2) according to the geometric size of the lifting parts and the actual parking position of the internal climbing tower crane, determine the amplitude Angle of the lifting pole, and weld two limit plates to prevent the amplitude Angle of the lifting pole from being too large or too small.

3) hoist the lifting boom, balancing arm, counterweight block, tower cap, slewing mechanism, standard section and other auxiliary materials to the ground one by one after the disintegration.

4) due to the narrow construction site below, an 8T truck crane is equipped to load the tower crane parts and transport them away.

5) in order to ensure the safety of vertical transportation, there are two commands on the ground and the roof, with the ground command as the main command and intercom communication as the main link.

4. Demolition of internal climbing tower crane

1) move the internal climbing tower crane to the apron, lower the lifting rod, and take back the lifting and amplitude variation wire rope.

2) move the 1T winch to a corner of the apron, secure it, re-thread the wire rope, and put the lifting frame upside down.

3) disassemble the internal climbing tower crane.

4) a hoisting boom is made by using a hoisting boom with a length of about 5M and a hoist of 1T.

5) hoist the disassembled internal climbing tower crane parts from the lifting boom to the ground one by one, with the maximum weight of each piece not exceeding 500Kg.

After all parts are lifted off, the lifting boom shall be separated and disassembled, and carried to the 52-floor main building by human power, and transported to the ground by indoor elevator.
