1) the disassembly and installation team must have the qualification of disassembly and installation of vertical transport equipment. The disassembly and installation personnel shall be trained and hold a certificate.

When disassembly and installation, they must wear safety helmet, safety belt and other protective equipment and strictly abide by safety operation rules.

2) two warning lines are arranged in and around the demolition and installation operation area. 20m warning signs are hung on the left and right sides of the safety protection. No one is allowed to enter the operation area or watch around.

3) the demolition operation should be carried out when the wind force is lower than level 4, and listen to the weather forecast in time. In case of sudden strong wind and heavy rain above level 4, the operation should be stopped and emergency preventive measures should be taken.

4) operators must follow the unified command, and any good methods and Suggestions must be submitted for discussion, and can only be implemented with the consent of the field commander, and shall not change the operation plan on their own initiative.

5) when working at height, all the tools must be placed in the tool kit, and should not be placed randomly. The tools should be tied with string and fastened on the fasteners, and the party handing over the tools should not let go until the party receiving the tools grasps them, and should not throw them arbitrarily.

6) the inspection must be stopped immediately if any fault occurs during the descending process of the tower crane, and the descending action shall not be continued unless the truth is found out and the fault is removed.

7) when the tower crane hydraulic pressure drops, please pay attention to observe whether there are dissoldering and cracks in the weld joint of the tread and the gripper of the beam. If there are, please stop the machine immediately for repairing before descending.

8) the tower crane shall be anchored immediately after the end of each day's operation, and the power supply of the hydraulic system shall be cut off to protect the climbing holes reserved for the lower structure. 9) pay attention to the correct position of lifting point.

10) the crane should be placed in a flat position with an Angle. No one is allowed to work nearby. When removing and installing the tower cap, the crane should be selected at the inner cover (top of the tower) or the steel plate on the top

11) the key parts of the bolts must be tightened.

12) when removing the balancing arm, the laying point must be selected in accordance with the requirements of this lifting instruction to ensure balance. When disassembling the connecting pin shaft, the position must be selected to prevent injury accidents caused by extrusion, collision and picking.

When disassembling and finding faults, the operation shall be stopped immediately.

13) when the tower is dismantled, it is strictly forbidden to loosen and remove the big bottom bolts before the steel wire rope of the lifting member collapses.

14) crane operators must hold a license to work, control the boom height - 8 - degree and rotation radius in the operation, and the construction crane operators must hold a license to work, control the boom height and rotation radius in the operation, and keep more than 2 meters with the scaffolding outside the building and the high-tension wire shield frame.

15) strictly abide by the technical safety operation rules. During tower demolition, it is strictly prohibited for tower cranes to carry out other operations from the crane. When the tower body below positive and negative zero is removed, attention should be paid to whether the foundation pit slope has cracks, seepage and loosens to prevent collapse accidents.

Before the lifting and hoisting of tower cranes, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the working site environment, passing routes, overhead wires, the weight and distribution of buildings and components, etc.

1. There shall be enough working area for tower crane operation, and there shall be no obstacles in the half diameter of the lifting boom and the swing.

2. Key inspection before operation

1) appearance of the mechanical structure, the transmission mechanism should be normal.

2) the oil level of each gear box and hydraulic oil tank shall meet the standards.

3) the connection bolts of the main parts shall not loosen.

4) the abrasion of the tower crane wire rope and the wearing and winding pulley shall comply with the provisions.

5) the power supply cable shall be free from wear.

6) check whether the power supply voltage reaches 380V, and the variation range shall not exceed 20V. The starting control switch should be at zero before power transmission. Switch on the power and check the metal structure for no leakage before operation.

7) no-load operation, check the brakes, safety limits and protective devices of various institutions such as walking, slewing, lifting and amplitude changing before operation.

4. The commanding personnel of tower cranes must be trained and qualified before they can serve as the commanding staff. Work closely with operators.

The operator should strictly follow the command personnel's signal, if the signal is unclear or wrong, the operator should refuse to execute.

5. When the operation room is far away from the ground and the normal command is difficult, two commanding personnel at high altitude and on the ground or other effective contact methods can be used for command.
