Iv. Tower selection and positioning

According to the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the site, a QT5013 jack-up tower crane shall be installed in each of the building, with a lifting height of 70M for the maximum rated lifting weight

A lifting speed of 80/40/20min, a rotary speed of 66S and a speed of 50/25m /Min for each building, and a total installed capacity of 30KW.

Identification and analysis of hazard sources

In the construction process, the hazard sources of special equipment are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Vi. Technical safety measures for multi-tower construction

1. Carefully check whether all working mechanisms and safety limit devices of the tower crane are intact.

2. Pay attention to understand, observe the surrounding environment of the tower crane installation area, and select appropriate lifting machinery for installation.

3. Installation personnel must wear safety helmet, and operators on tower crane should fasten safety belt and wear non-slip shoes.

Vii. Safety technical management measures for multi-tower construction:

The distance between tower crane 1 and tower crane  2 is less than 100M (the boom length of type 63 tower crane is 50m and 56M).

The distance between tower cranes of 2 building and 3 building is less than 100M, and there is a possibility of collision between the two towers' forearms. The following anti-collision measures are adopted

1. The height difference shall be more than 5 meters during the first installation of the tower crane

2) the tower crane driver shall park the trolley in the middle of the big arm when changing shifts, and the main hook shall be closed to the upper limit.

3) in order to prevent the collision of tower cranes and the site safety and civilized construction requirements,

The height of the two adjacent tower cranes should be no less than 8M by controlling the construction progress. Unified coordination and command to ensure the safety of tower crane construction.

2) each tower crane shall be equipped with professional drivers and command personnel, and shall be subject to the arrangement of the project department.

 In the process of hoisting, the two tower cranes shall stagger each other to ensure the collision between the big arm and the big arm, and no contact between the big arm and the steel wire.

Viii. Safety management measures

1. The tower crane driver shall be trained and qualified by relevant departments before taking up his post with a certificate.

Regular inspection should be carried out according to the heavy workload and the severe environment. The inspection period is initially set as once a week.

Mainly includes; The basis of the tower crane, safety protection device, hook, bolt, pin shaft loose, brake wear, wire rope wear and end of the fixed situation.

Attention should also be paid during use: empty operation should be carried out before the operation, check whether all institutions, brakes, safety devices are normal

The tower crane driver should cooperate well with the field command, and the driver should obey the emergency stop signal sent by anyone. Limit shall not be used as stop switch, lifting objects shall not be free falling

It is strictly prohibited to pull, lift and overload operation, directly hang objects with hooks and transport personnel with tower cranes.When any safety device alarms during operation, the reason shall be found out and the safety device shall not be pulled out at will. Stop operation when the wind exceeds level 6

Upon completion of the operation, switch all working mechanisms to 0, cut off the main power supply, and put warning signs on the switch box, which will be watched by special personnel

It is strictly forbidden to jump over the block and turn sharply when the tower crane operators operate each control

The lifting hook is close to the top of the boom. When the trolley reaches the limit point, it should slow down to the stop position. When lifting heavy objects for translation, they should be hung over the obstacles for more than 0.5m

After the operation, the tower crane boom should be turned downwind and the cycloidal brake should be relaxed. The trolley and balance should be moved to the non-working position.
