V. electrical installation:

(1) electrical installation shall be carried out after the completion of tower crane installation, see schematic diagram and external. Wiring diagram and control diagram, connecting control and power cable, safety device, grounding device, obstacle light, searchlight and anemometer.

(2) before power transmission, check the electrical system as follows, and power can only be energized if it meets the following requirements:

(3) all wiring connections must be correct, and the fixed wires and cables should be connected reliably to prevent damages to the cables during operation.

(4) electrical insulation inspection shall be carried out before electrification. The insulation resistance of the main circuit to the ground shall be less than 0.5 megohm, and the grounding resistance of the tower crane to the ground shall be less than 4 megohm.

(5) before entering the driver's cab, the main cable shall be put through the cable protection ring before entering the driver's cab, and the appropriate length shall be left to ensure that the cable will not be damaged when the tower crane rotates in a circle and a half, and the cable will not be damaged when climbing away.

(6) all operating mechanisms in the driver's cab should be placed in a safe position.

The main switch should be placed in the power off position. Finally, the ground power cable should be connected.

(1) before the tower crane is removed from the construction site, the lifting mechanism shall be maintained and tested since it has been out of use for a long time.

(2) during the test run, the reliability inspection should be carried out on the limiter and the brake of the rotary mechanism.

(3) before the standard section of the tower crane has been removed, but the casing frame and the tower body have not been connected as a whole, rotary mechanism is strictly prohibited.

(4) tower crane disassembly is a heavy-duty connection operation for the lifting mechanism, so the main stress components of the jacking mechanism should be checked frequently.

(5) when the jacking mechanism is working, all operators should focus on observing whether the relative positions of relative moving parts are normal.

If the deflection between the casing frame and the tower body occurs when the casing frame is rising, the jacking should be stopped and the tower should be lowered immediately.

(6) special attention shall be paid to the fact that the climbing claw must seize the step at the same time. There shall not be a clamping claw or a stepping phenomenon.

Disassembly process

(1) remove the standard section to minimize the casing frame.

(2) remove the balance weight, leaving only a large balance weight.

(3) dismantle the lifting boom.

(4) remove the last balance weight.

(5) remove the balance arm.

(6) remove the top of the tower and the driver's cab, and remove the revolving tower.

(7) remove the upper and lower turntable and casing frame.

(8) remove the last two strengthening sections and the bottom frame.

Vii. Tower crane maintenance

The crane shall be inspected, maintained and maintained frequently, and the rotating part shall have enough lubricating oil, and the wearing parts shall be inspected, maintained or replaced frequently.

The bolts of the structure, especially the frequently vibrating parts, such as the connecting bolts of the tower body shall be inspected to see whether they are loose, and if they are loose, they shall be tightened or replaced in time.

1. Maintenance of mechanical equipment

(1) the brakes of each mechanism should be constantly checked and adjusted between the brake shoe and the brake wheel to ensure flexibility and reliability. In the friction surface, there should be no dirt, dirt must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.

(2) pay attention to check each part of the wire rope whether broken wire and loose phenomenon. In case of exceeding the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately.

Wire rope maintenance and maintenance should be strictly in accordance with gb5144-94 provisions.

(3) open gear transmission must have a protective cover.

(4) check the connection of each part frequently, and tighten it if there is looseness. The connecting bolts of the tower body should be checked for tightness when the tower body is under pressure (the method of rotating boom can be adopted to cause the compression state). All connecting pins must be fitted with cotter pins and fully open.

(5) regularly check whether the operation of all institutions is normal, there is no noise, such as fault, must be promptly removed.

(6) when installing, disassembling and adjusting the rotary mechanism, pay attention to ensure that the center line of the rotary mechanism reducer is parallel to the center line of the gear, its meshing surface shall not be less than 70%, and the meshing clearance shall be appropriate.

2. Maintenance of hydraulic jacking system

(1) the hydraulic oil shall be replaced once a year, and the oil tank, crude oil filter and air filter shall be thoroughly cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil.

(2) when the tower crane is disassembled and transferred to the site, the dust cover of the oil cylinder oil pipe joint and the dust plug of the oil pipe must be screwed up and tightened one by one to prevent dust powder or fiber from falling into the hydraulic system and causing faults.

(3) after the pressure of the relief valve is adjusted, it shall not be changed at will. Before each climb, the oil pressure gauge shall be used to check whether the pressure is normal.

(4) it is necessary to check whether the pipe joints of each part are tightly fastened and no oil leakage is allowed.

(5) the oil filter should be constantly checked for blockage, and check whether the adjustment value of the safety valve changes after use.

(6) oil pump, cylinder and control valve should be repaired in time if leakage is found.

(7) when starting the oil pump for the first time after final assembly and overhaul, check whether the inlet and outlet are connected to each other, whether the rotation direction is correct, and whether the suction pipe line leaks steam.

Then test the oil pump by hand, and finally start and test the oil pump within the specified speed.

(8) start in winter, to open and stop reciprocating several times, until the oil temperature rises and the control valve is flexible before the formal use.

3. Maintenance of metal structure

(1) during transportation, the deformation and collision damage of components shall be prevented as far as possible.

(2) during use, it must be inspected and maintained regularly to prevent corrosion.

(3) regularly check structural connection bolts, welding seams and whether components are damaged, deformed and loose, etc.

(4) spray paint every 1-2 years.

4. Electrical system maintenance

(1) check regularly whether all wires and cables are damaged, and wrap and replace the damaged parts in time.

(2) stop the motor in time when overheating occurs, and continue to operate after troubleshooting. The motor bearing shall be well lubricated.

(3) the contact surface of each part of the brush shall be kept clean, and the brush pressure shall be adjusted to make the contact area no less than 50%.

(4) each control box and distribution box shall be kept clean and dust on electrical equipment shall be cleaned timely.

(5) the contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact arc pit should be polished in time.

(6) the protective grounding resistance shall be measured twice a year (spring and autumn), and it shall be no more than 4 ohms.
