 the diameter of the apron is 23M. On the outside is a circle of platform with a width of 2.5m. On the outside of the platform is a decorative ring with a width of 2.5m.

The demolition site of the tower crane is narrow, and the demolition, disintegration and vertical transportation are all carried out in the high air, and affected by the decorative ring, it needs to be hoisted and transported over a long distance, so the demolition of the inner climbing tower crane is very difficult.

1. Site preparation before demolition;

3) check whether the mechanical performance of each main mechanism part of the tower crane is good and whether the braking device of the rotary mechanism is reliable.

4) check the hydraulic jacking mechanism, including oil pump, cylinder, jacking beam and safety lock;

A) check whether the hydraulic oil level meets the specified requirements and whether the oil deteriorates, and add enough or replace according to the specified requirements.

B) check whether the working condition of the hydraulic system is intact before lowering the tower crane

Operate the oil pump under the condition of no load, make the jacking cylinder move back and forth for 3 times, ensure the action of cylinder, piston and reversing valve is sensitive and reliable, the oil pressure gauge shows correctly, no oil leakage.

C) remove the bolts connecting the lower support of the slewing mechanism with the standard section, lift the tower crane overall 20-30cm, and stay for 10-15min, to observe whether there is a sliding phenomenon.
