Check whether the subgrade and track laying meet the requirements. The position of the ground anchor shall be determined according to the rotating lifting direction of the tower and the total height of the tower body. The ground anchor is divided into main ground anchor and auxiliary ground anchor. The main ground anchor is the key to the erection of the tower. The main ground anchor bears all the loads of the rotating lifting tower and still needs to use the ground anchor when the tower is dismantled. Therefore, it must be buried carefully to make it reach the required bearing capacity and do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment. The center of the ground anchor wheel must be consistent with the center of the gauge to ensure that the tower body will always rotate along the center surface of the gauge during the lifting process without eccentricity, so that the gantry will be evenly stressed. The function of the auxiliary ground anchor is to loosen the steel wire rope as it rotates when the tower body is lifted. This anchor is used as the anchor point of the steel wire rope to prevent the tower body from overturning in the opposite direction during the rotation.
2. Overall installation
Install the traveling mechanism according to the procedures required in the manual, insert the gantry and the iron pressing boom on the support shaft of the gantry platform, build up the tower body on the sleeper stack according to the assembly dimension of the tower body, and assemble the tower body and the tower cap so that the axis of the tower body on the sleeper stack is approximately parallel to the ground.

The length of the wire rope of the winch from the cab to the pulley block of the tower cap shall be finally fixed at the head of the crane and the distance between the two pulley blocks shall be determined by calculation.
4 in front of the tower
The controller, limit switch and other electrical equipment shall be inspected, and the movable control panel in the control room shall be removed and installed on the outdoor support to facilitate the operation when the tower is erected. Clamp the rail clamp and wedge the anti-skid wedge under the traveling wheel. In order to strengthen the rigidity of the gantry, cross braces can be tied on both sides of the gantry. Before starting, the responsibilities of each post shall be strictly divided and the command and contact signals shall be specified. The supervision of the main ground anchor shall be carried out by experienced lifting personnel. In case of looseness and other abnormal phenomena, the crane shall stop immediately and take measures to increase the pressure iron on the ground anchor. Start the winch so that the tower body is about 200 mm away from the wooden pile and stop the machine immediately to check the stress condition of each component.
5 erect the tower body
After checking and confirming that the condition is normal, continue to start the winch, so that the steel wire rope at the auxiliary anchor of the tower body is loose. After the tower body is erected to 60 °, the winch shall slow down gradually with the change of the center of gravity of the tower body. When the center of gravity of the tower body is close to the installation hinge, the winch shall stop working. Use the mobile crane to tighten the safety wire rope and slowly fall on the pre padded skid against the weight of the tower body. After the tower body is stable, tighten the safety wire rope to make the tower body slightly askew, then remove the skid layer and loosen the safety wire rope to stabilize the tower body.
