1. Fixed foundation joint
Install the four bearing plates into the embedded anchor bolts, and adjust the four bearing plates to a horizontal plane by adjusting the nuts to ensure that the perpendicularity of the fixed foundation joint is not more than 1 / 1000. The required thickness of steel base plate shall be inserted under the bearing plate to lift the fixed foundation section on the bearing plate and fix it with nuts. The preload distance is 1400 n? M (qtz63e) and 1033 n? M (QTZ40).
2. Installation of lower tower body, climbing frame, rotating part and tower top, assembly and hoisting of balance arm, assembly of lifting arm, threading and winding of luffing steel wire rope, hoisting of the first balance weight block, installation of lifting arm and lifting arm pull rod, hoisting of balance weight block, threading and winding of lifting steel wire rope, installation and commissioning of electrical system, inspection and test run. 3. Installation of attachment frame
(1) The installation position of the attachment frame corresponding to the tower body should be 100 mm above and below the horizontal web member.
(2) The perpendicularity of the tower body can be adjusted by using the adjusting bolts of the attachment frame, so that it does not exceed 1 / 1000.
