Mobile crane is generally used as auxiliary equipment in the process of tower crane installation and disassembly. Mobile crane mainly includes truck crane and crawler crane.

The lifting height, amplitude, lifting weight and other performance parameters should be taken into account when selecting auxiliary lifting equipment to meet the requirements of tower crane installation and disassembly. 

Before the installation and disassembly work, the favorable working position of auxiliary hoisting equipment shall be selected according to the situation of the installation and disassembly site of the tower crane.

Safety inspection points for installation, use and disassembly of tower crane

I. before installation

1. Whether there is a specific installation and disassembly scheme, which shall be approved by the chief engineer and chief supervision engineer of the user

2. Whether the basic positioning is reasonable

(1) whether the foundation is located in the superior dangerous part of the foundation slope

(2) whether there are feasible safety measures to prevent external power, and no unprotected operation is allowed if there are high voltage lines within the radius of turning

(3) whether the anti-collision measures are reasonable: whether the distance between any two tower cranes is more than 2 meters, it is strictly prohibited that the tower crane lifting boom directly collides with the standard section of the other tower crane.

Whether the tower crane that interferes with the tower crane within the turning radius of multi-tower operation has the anti-collision measures approved.
