Installation and requirements of tower crane attachment device

When installing and using the tower crane, the installation of the tower crane attachment device is also an important one, so how should we install the tower crane attachment device and what are the requirements

The frame sleeve (also known as ring beam sleeve) is welded by Angle steel and steel plate. When in use, the frame sleeve is on the standard section. The standard section is secured by the top block with 8 adjusting bolts at the four corners. The frame is connected with the building by 3 or 4 struts.

The connection point between the struts and the building should be selected on the concrete column or concrete ring beam. The embedded part is combined with concrete, and the embedded part or the wall bolt is connected with the building structure.

The length of each strut of the structure member of the attachment device can be adjusted. Each strut should be kept in the same plane.

The length of the top block and strut should be adjusted to make the axis of the tower vertical. Generally, after the attachment, the theodolite shall be used to check and adjust the perpendicularity of the tower crane shaft line.

The perpendicularity of the tower body below the attachment point shall not be greater than 2/1,000, and the perpendicularity of the tower body above the attachment point shall not be greater than 3/10,000.

The adjustment of the verticality can be realized by adjusting the advance and retreat of the bolt on the strut.

The installation of the attachment device shall comply with the requirements of the tower crane manual.The erection distance of the attachment device and the free height above the attached wall point shall not be arbitrarily excessively long.

The extra long attachment brace should be designed separately and checked for strength and stability.

The first attachment distance of the tower crane is 24m from the foundation surface. As the adding node of the tower crane increases, the corresponding number of attachment is increased. The maximum cantilever height of the tower crane shall not exceed 27m.
