2. Operation of various institutions

3. Lifting mechanism

In the lifting mechanism, the brake is normally closed. When the power is on, the brake opens and when the power is off, the brake closes. During operation, handle should be operated step by step to implement lifting control.

After the running speed of the former gear tends to be stable, switch to the adjacent gear, so as to make the lifting as smooth as possible and reduce impact.

4. Turning mechanism and safety limit mechanism

The rotary mechanism motor is a two-speed motor. In operation, if the handle is still sliding at a relatively fast speed when the handle is back to zero due to inertia or downwind influence, it can be stopped by reverse gear braking, but it is only limited to one gear .

Reverse gear braking in other gears is strictly prohibited. The rotating mechanism is equipped with disc brake, which is only used for fixing the arm of tower crane when working in windy state. Parking with brakes is strictly prohibited.

5. Luffing mechanism

The motor of the amplifying mechanism is a two-speed motor, with two gears for front and rear movement, a normally closed disc brake at one end of the reduction box , a power failure of the motor and a brake.

6. Jacking mechanism

The jacking mechanism brake switch is installed in the hydraulic jacking pump station.

7. to turn it off

When the tower crane is stopped from use after completion of construction, all operating handles shall be placed at zero, the general air switch shall be cut off, and the doors and Windows of the driver's cab shall be closed.
