Installation, lifting principle, installation and debugging of tower crane

The tower cranes on the construction site are assembled one by one. The length of one section is generally 6-10 meters. Assembly, manually or using hoist rope, start with the ground for the fulcrum to pull up in the first quarter and fixed on the ground.

Installation of tower crane base frame and tower crane foundation section

1. Install the base frame on the concrete foundation, calibrate the flat bottom frame with the level, and tighten the anchor bolts.

2. Install the foundation section  and lift the foundation section on the bottom frame , fix it with bolts, and correct the square perpendicularity of the foundation section by 90 degrees.

3. Install the first standard section, lift the first standard section onto the foundation section, tighten the bolts , and cut and stop.

Install the tower cap and slewing support

1. Install upper and lower support, slewing mechanism and slewing support.

2. The slewing support can be hoisted together with the jacket frame or separately, and the bolts shall be tightened after the slewing support is in place.

3. Install the tower cap. Note that the tilted side of the tower cap is on the same side with the lifting arm, and tighten it with bolts and locks.

4. Install the driver's cab.
