L68B3 Mast Sectionreliable anti-collision measures for tower crane to ensure construction safety

07-01-2020

At this stage, the construction scale is expanding constantly. When there are two or more tower cranes working on the construction site or adjacent construction sites, and the radius of tower crane operation overlaps, reliable anti-collision measures must be taken to ensure the construction safety.

(1) The distance between any part of walking tower crane (including lifting objects) shall not be less than 5m; for fixed tower crane, the distance between the end of low tower arm and high tower body shall not be less than 2m, and the vertical distance between high tower hook and low tower shall not be less than 2m. Prevent the interference and collision between the boom and balance arm of the adjacent tower crane and the tower body, tower cap and tie rod.

(2) Organizational measures shall be taken to specify the slewing and walking routes of the tower crane. The tower crane commander and driver shall be strictly disclosed and supervised by special personnel. It is strictly forbidden to operate and cross operate adjacent tower cranes in the same construction area, so as to prevent the winding of lifting wire ropes.
