The tower crane balance arm is a structure composed of I-beam and angle steel, which is divided into two sections and connected by padeye pin shaft. The tower crane balance arm is equipped with handrail and aisle, and the tail is equipped with working platform. One end of the tower crane balance arm is connected with the revolving tower body by two special pin shafts, the other end is connected with the tower cap by combined rigid pull rod, and the tail is equipped with balance weight and lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism is independent Four pin shafts are used to balance the base of the tower crane's balance arm. The weight of the balance weight changes with the length of the crane arm. The weight of the balance weight is 13 tons when the arm is 50 meters, 12 tons when the arm is 44 meters and 11 tons when the arm is 38 meters. The pull rod of the balance arm of the tower crane is divided into two groups. The pull rod padeye at the tail of the balance arm of the tower crane is connected with the tower cap through the special pin shaft, and the balance arm of the tower crane is hung to the horizontal position.




Tower crane boom is a combined variable structure, which is divided into nine sections. The upper and lower chords of the boom are square tubes welded by two angle steel. The whole boom is of triangular section, and the joints are connected by pin shafts. It is convenient for disassembly and assembly. In order to improve the lifting performance and reduce the weight of the boom, the boom adopts double lifting point variable section space truss structure. The first section of the boom is placed with the trolley traction mechanism, and the trolley is equipped with a basket for installation and maintenance Repair: the first section at the root of the boom is connected with the rotary tower body with a pin shaft. In order to ensure the level of the boom, two lifting points are set in the second and sixth boom, which are connected with the tower cap.

During assembly, the jib must be assembled in strict accordance with the serial number mark on each arm. It is not allowed to be misplaced or assembled at will. The maximum length of the jib is 50m. According to the construction requirements, the jib can also be assembled into 44m long and 38m long arms. When the jib is 44m long, the lifting point position of the pull rod tower crane will not change; when the jib is 38m long, the lifting point position of the pull rod will not change. The upper end of the two sets of boom tie rods is connected with the tower cap padeye through a special pin shaft, and the lower end is connected with the lifting point pin hole of the upper chord of the boom through a special pin shaft to hang the boom horizontally.
