A. tower lowering




1. Use the hydraulic jacking system of tower crane to remove the standard section to the attachment frame and remove the attachment frame.


2. Continuously lower the tower body to the required height, and lower the standard section. Lower the tower crane 14 to the lowest position, at this time, the distance from the arm bottom to the ground is m.




B. tower crane removal




1. A total of tons of balance weight parts are removed.


2. Dismantle the boom, the height of which is m, and lift the boom as a whole,


3. Dismantle the remaining balance weight pieces in tons.


4. Dismantle the balance arm with a height of M, lift the balance arm as a whole, loosen the pin shaft connected with the revolving tower, and lift it to the ground.


5. Dismantle the ladder and platform on the top of the tower and connected with the revolving tower.

6. Dismantle the slewing part, upper and lower supports, platform, slewing mechanism, cab, slewing tower body, etc.


7. Remove the climbing jacket.


8. Dismantle the remaining standard section, foundation section and reinforcement section.




C. after counting and registering the removed parts of tower crane, they shall be transported away from the construction site by truck in time.




1. The hydraulic jacking system of the initial tower crane climbs backward to a proper position, and the distance between the arm bottom and the top floor is m.


2. At the axis of the top floor, install the hoisting steel tower, install the temporary mast, and return to the process to dismantle the above parts according to the sequence of tower crane installation.


3. According to the bearing capacity of the temporary lifting mast, lift the removed boom, balance arm and other components to the ground after disassembling the top floor.


4. Use the temporary mast to lift out the standard section, bearing section and ladder, bearing beam in the ladder shaft, and lower them to the ground.


5. Dismantle and hoist the steel tower, temporary mast and lower it to the ground.


6. After the tower crane is disassembled, the quantity shall be counted and registered, and then it shall be transported away from the site by truck.


7. In order to enable the building floor to support the lifting steel tower, the downward pressure of the temporary mast and the weight of the removed components, the concrete slab of the floor needs to be reinforced and set according to the requirements of the drawing, and the location of the large components on the floor needs to be set according to the requirements of the drawing.
