(1) after the installation of the tower crane, the overall technical inspection and adjustment shall be carried out, and the tower crane can be delivered for use only after passing the inspection by stages and the whole machine. Under wireless load, the perpendicularity deviation between the tower body and the ground shall not exceed 4 / 1000.

(2) the disassembly and assembly personnel shall wear safety protection articles, fasten the safety belt when working at heights, and be familiar with and carefully implement the disassembly and assembly process and operation procedures.
(3) the following personnel must be provided for the disassembly and assembly of tower crane: project leader, safety leader and machinery management personnel with safety production assessment certificate; construction crane installation and disassembly worker, crane driver, lifting signal worker, rigger and other special operation operators with special construction operation qualification certificate.
(4) the track foundation and concrete foundation of the tower crane must pass the design and calculation, and can be used only after passing the acceptance. Side slopes and drainage facilities shall be built around the foundation, and a certain safety distance shall be kept from the foundation pit.
(5) before jacking, check the connection of all parts of the hydraulic jacking system. It is forbidden to rotate the boom and other operations during jacking.
(6) the metal structure of tower crane, track and reliable shell of all electrical equipment shall be equipped with reliable grounding device, the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 Ω, and lightning protection device shall be set.
(7) before operation, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding environment, driving roads, overhead power lines, buildings, component weight and distribution of the work site. During the operation of tower crane, there shall be no obstacles in the lifting and falling of the boom and the turning radius of the tower crane, and the safe distance between the boom and the overhead transmission line shall meet the requirements.
(8) the commander and operator of the tower crane must be on duty with certificate, and the signal of the commander shall be strictly executed during operation. If the signal is unclear or wrong, the operator shall refuse to execute.

(9) before slewing, luffing, traveling and lifting of the hook of the tower crane, the operator shall check whether the power supply voltage reaches 380V, and the range of variation shall not exceed + 20V / 1oV. Before power transmission, the start-up control switch shall be at zero position, and shall sound for schematic.
(10) the boom luffing limiter, traveling limiter, moment limiter, hook height limiter, various travel limit switches and other safety protection devices of the tower crane must be safe, complete, sensitive and reliable, and shall not be adjusted or removed at will. It is strictly prohibited to replace the operating mechanism with the limiting device.
(11) tower crane shall not overload or lift objects of unknown quality. If it must be used under special circumstances, it must be checked, approved by the technical director of the enterprise, and supervised by a special person on site, but not more than 10% of the load limit.
(12) in case of sudden power failure, immediately turn all controllers to the zero position, disconnect the power switch, and take measures to lower the weight to the ground safely. It is strictly prohibited to hang the weight in the air for a long time after lifting.
(13) when lifting heavy objects, they shall be bound stably and firmly. It is not allowed to hang or stack sporadic objects on the heavy objects. Sporadic materials and objects can only be lifted after they are firmly bound with lifting cage or steel wire rope. It is strictly prohibited to use tower crane for cable-stayed, inclined lifting and lifting of heavy objects buried underground or condensed on the ground.
(14) when the lifting load reaches 90% or more of the rated lifting capacity of the tower crane, the lifting shall be stopped 20-50cm away from the ground, and the following inspection shall be carried out: the stability of the crane, the reliability of the brake, the stability of the weight and the firmness of the binding.
(15) the lifting and lowering speed of heavy objects shall be even, and it is strictly prohibited to brake suddenly. The left and right turning action shall be stable, and no reaction action shall be made before the turning is stopped. The tower crane of non gravity descent type is strictly prohibited to descend freely with load.
(16) in case of severe weather such as strong wind, heavy rain, snow and fog of level 6 or above, the tower crane operation in the open air shall be stopped. After the rain and snow or in the rain and snow, the trial hoisting shall be carried out first, and the operation can only be carried out after the brake is confirmed to be sensitive and reliable.
