1. Inspection points of tower crane
(1) moment limiter: when the lifting capacity reaches 110% of the rated lifting capacity of corresponding amplitude, the power supply for lifting upward and luffing forward will be cut off automatically.
(2) weight limiter: when the lifting weight is greater than the rated value of the corresponding gear and less than 110% of the rated value, the power supply in the ascending direction shall be cut off, but the mechanism can move in the descending direction.
(3) height limit: when the hook device of tower crane is lifted to the following specified limit position, the action power supply for lifting shall be cut off automatically:
When the ratio of < 1 > lifting wire rope is 2 times, its limit position shall be 1000mm.
When the ratio of < 2 > lifting wire rope is 4 times, its limit position shall be 700mm.
(4) luffing limiter: slow down 1.5m from the trolley to the buffer at both ends of the boom, and stop automatically at the distance of 0.5m.
(5) rotation limiter: the rotation angle in the left and right directions shall not be greater than ± 540 °.
(6) hook insurance: it is easy to cause the wire rope to come out of the hook head and the objects to fall and hurt people when the angle of the lifting wire rope is too large or the hook is improper. Clearance less than 20% of rope diameter

(7) trolley rope breaking protection device: the trolley rope breaking protection device is a safety device to prevent the trolley from sliding when the luffing trolley breaks the rope
(8) steel wire rope anti groove device: it is to prevent the steel wire rope from jumping out of the groove during the rotation operation, which causes the steel wire rope to be stuck, pulled off or worn off, resulting in hook dropping accident.
(9) inspection of steel wire rope: serious deformation: wave shaped deformation, cage shaped deformation, rope strand extrusion, steel wire extrusion, local increase, local diameter reduction, partial flattening, serious twisting and serious bending.
(10) rope clamp: the clamp plate shall be on the side under load when the steel wire rope is loaded, and the "U" bolt shall be at the end of the steel wire rope, and it is not allowed to intersect the front and back.
(11) standard screws: the connecting bolts are complete and firmly fastened
(12) attached wall: when installing the attached wall device, the theodolite must be used to check the vertical condition of the tower body. The perpendicularity deviation of the tower crane below the attachment point shall not be greater than 2 / 1000, and the perpendicularity deviation above the attachment point shall not be greater than 4 / 1000
2. Inspection points of construction elevator
(1) before putting into use, it must pass the fall test. During the use of the lift, the fall test shall be carried out every 3 months. The test procedure shall be carried out according to the specification. When the ladder cage falls over 1.2m braking distance in the test, the cause shall be found out, and the anti falling safety device shall be adjusted to ensure that the braking distance does not exceed 1.2m.
(2) transmission mechanism: when the cage is fully loaded and lowered, the braking distance shall not exceed 0.3m, and the thinnest brake disc and block shall not be less than 5mm, otherwise, they shall be replaced.
(3) upper and lower limit: the installation position of the upper limit switch shall ensure that after the ladder cage triggers the limit switch, the upper safety distance left shall not be less than 1.8m, and the lower limit shall ensure that the ladder cage does not touch the bottom hard.
(4) limit switch: the over distance between the upper limit position and the upper limit switch is greater than or equal to 0.15m.
(5) the material inlet and outlet threshold, skylight threshold, wire rope break insurance and lifting limiter shall be able to work normally.
