1. Preparation before construction




Before the installation of tower crane, the technical director of the project shall prepare the installation and removal scheme and safety technical disclosure of the installation and removal, so that the personnel participating in the installation and removal of tower crane can know their work position, work content, technical requirements and safety precautions, and strictly abide by them during the construction process.




2. After installation of tower crane




The project manager shall organize relevant personnel to carry out inspection and acceptance. After passing the acceptance, the project manager shall fill in the mechanical equipment acceptance report form on the construction site and provide the following materials:

(1) product production license and factory certificate;


(2) product instructions, relevant drawings and technical data;


(3) relevant technical standards and specifications of products;


(4) enterprise self inspection acceptance form. It shall be reported to the local construction safety supervision station, and can be used only after the safety supervision station has passed the inspection and acceptance and issued the acceptance certificate.




3. Tower crane installation procedure




(1) installation procedure of tower crane:


Fix the tower crane foundation - > install the standard section of the tower crane to 20m - > hoist the turret and cab of the tower cap - > hoist the balance arm and winch, distribution box, hoist a counterweight first - > hoist the jib and support system (including the trolley traction mechanism and trolley) - > hoist the remaining two counterweights through the relevant rope system - > check the mechanical parts, structural connection parts and Electrical Department of the whole machine Parts, etc. - > adjust all safety protection devices - > conduct test run.


(2) tower crane installation process standard requirements


The tower crane must be well grounded to prevent lightning stroke (the multi stranded copper wire of no less than 10mm2 shall be connected by welding), and the grounding resistance value shall not be greater than 4 ohm.


(3) after installation of tower crane


Under the condition of no load, the perpendicularity deviation between the tower body and the ground shall not exceed 3 / 1000. 3) the pre tightening force of connecting bolts and pin shafts of all parts of the tower crane shall meet the requirements. The values of hydraulic system, safety valve, electrical system protection device and other mechanism components shall meet the requirements.


(4) moment limiter


The comprehensive error of the moment limiter shall not be greater than 8% of its rated value. When it exceeds the rated value, the moment limiter shall cut off the power supply in the direction of hook rising and amplitude increasing, and the arm mechanism can move in the direction of falling and amplitude decreasing.


(5) over height limiter


When the lifting height of the hook frame is not less than 1 m from the fixed pulley, the superelevation limiter shall be able to cut off the power supply in the lifting direction of the hook.


(6) luffing limiter


When the trolley travels to 0.5m from the end of the boom, it shall be able to cut off the power supply in the running direction of the trolley.


(7) inspection after installation of tower crane


After the tower crane is installed and checked to be correct, no-load, static load and dynamic load tests must be carried out. The static load test lifting weight is 125% of the rated load, and the dynamic load test lifting weight is 110% of the rated load. The tower crane can be delivered for use only after passing the tests.


(8) others


Other matters not mentioned shall be carried out according to the construction safety inspection standard (JGJ59-99) and the requirements of the tower crane operation manual.
