1、 Tower crane operation limiter

For the tower crane in track operation, each movement defense line shall be provided with limit device, which is composed of limit switch, buffer and terminal stopper. Buffer is used to ensure that the track tower crane can stop smoothly without violent impact. Its position is installed at a minimum distance of 1 m from the rail end stop. The crane running limiter is usually installed at the end of the traveling trolley, with one set at the front and one set at the back of the trolley, which can make the tower crane stop completely before the buffer stop device at the end of the running track foundation. The limiter consists of a limit switch, a rocker arm, a roller and a touch bar. When the rocker arm of the limiter is in the middle position, it is electrified, and the roller has two limit working positions. According to the slope direction of the ramp, the roller moves to the left or right to the limit position respectively, cutting off the power supply of the crane traveling mechanism.
2、 Tower crane anti wind and anti-skid device
The anti wind and anti-skid device is used to clamp the rail clamp on both sides of the track when the tower crane is not working, so as to prevent the tower crane from sliding. The rail clamp used by tower crane is generally manual mechanical rail clamp. The rail clamp is installed at both ends of the frame of each traveling trolley. When it is not in working state, put down the rail clamp and turn the bolt to clamp the clamp on the track of the tower crane. In working condition, turn up and fix the rail clamping device.
