1、 Tower crane anemometer
Anemometer shall be equipped for tower crane with the height of boom root hinge point exceeding 50m. When the wind speed is greater than the allowable wind speed, it shall be able to give an alarm to stop the operation. It is a commonly used anemometer for tower crane. When the wind speed is greater than the working limit wind speed, the instrument can send out an audible and visual alarm signal to stop the operation, and its internal control relay acts, and the normally closed contact is disconnected. The tower crane is equipped with the anemometer, and the contact is connected in series in the circuit, so as to control the safe and reliable operation of the tower crane.
2、 Rope breaking protection device for trolley of tower crane
For the trolley luffing tower crane, in order to prevent the trolley from losing control due to the breakage of the trolley traction rope. The two-way luffing shall be equipped with rope breaking protection device of trolley. At present, the simple and practical broken rope protection device which is widely used is the heavy hammer type eccentric gear. When the tower crane car is in normal operation, the gear is lying flat, and the tensioned traction wire rope passes through the guide ring. When the trolley traction rope is broken, the stop bar will turn over and stand upright under the action of eccentric weight. When it meets the horizontal web bar of the boom, it will block the trolley's sliding. Each trolley is equipped with two trolley rope breaking protection devices, which are respectively arranged at the fixed points of two traction rope ends of the trolley. When the double trolley system is adopted, it is set in the external trolley or the main trolley.

In order to prevent the trolley from falling from high altitude in case of breaking of the trolley roller shaft, the trolley broken shaft protection device shall be set on the trolley. The protection device for the broken axle of the trolley is located on the left and right crossbeams of the trolley frame, and two baffles are fixed respectively. When the trolley roller axle is broken, the baffle falls on the chord of the lifting arm, and the trolley is hung to prevent the trolley from falling, so as to avoid major tower crane accidents.
