1. Foundation:

The foundation of the fixed tower crane is the necessary condition to ensure the safe use of the tower crane. The foundation of this crane shall be constructed in strict accordance with the instructions in the foundation part of the instruction manual.
The construction sequence is as follows: setting out of tower foundation → earth excavation of tower foundation pit → 100 thick C10 plain concrete cushion and foundation pit wall protection → surveying and setting out the elevation line around the pit wall with level gauge (horizontal piles shall be driven at 800 and 1500 Heights) → binding of reinforcement net at the foundation bottom → supporting horse stool and temporary fixing reinforcement in vertical and horizontal directions → binding of vertical hook reinforcement → pouring and vibrating 800 thick concrete at the first layer → leveling and compaction (with level gauge) → Attention shall be paid to maintenance → setting out → fixing the support feet (after correction, it shall be firmly welded with the steel base plate) → binding the reinforcement on the foundation surface → pouring and vibrating the 700 thick concrete on the foundation surface (the second layer) [use two theodolites to observe whether the fixed support feet are offset from two mutually perpendicular directions] → attention shall be paid to maintenance.
2. Before installation, check the concrete infrastructure, check the concrete test report, and ensure that the concrete grade is not lower than the manufacturer's design requirements.
3. Fixed feet: four 800 high fixed feet and eight pin shafts are required; one fixed frame and eight pin shafts; one standard section of tower crane; one plumb thallium and one level meter.
A. the fixed feet must be installed symmetrically according to the center line of the concrete foundation, and 40 thick steel plates shall be padded under them;
B. the tower body is composed of ∠ 200 × 20 angle steel and 600 × 600 square steel plate;

C. It is required to ensure that the installation size of fishplate is 150 mm;
D. the fixed feet shall be grounded correctly according to the electrical requirements;
E. install the fixed feet and the fixed frame together (the fixed frame is only used for temporary embedding of fixed feet);
F. place the fixed foot and fixed frame on the reinforcing steel bar, and adjust the position of the fixed foot with a wooden wedge under the fixed foot support plate;
G. after the standard section of the tower body is installed on the fixed frame, check its perpendicularity from two directions;
H. pour the foundation concrete of tower crane, and remove the fixed frame and standard section of tower body after it is dry and hard.
4. Install the foundation and the second section, pay attention to the direction of the claw, install the jacket, and install the operation platform on the jacket.
5. Connect the slewing mechanism, driver's cab and operation platform as a whole on the ground, install the electrical equipment that may be installed, and then lift the component to the tower body, connect it with the lock shaft and fasten the safety lock. Pay attention to the direction in the process.
6. Hoisting the tower top: before hoisting, install the platform ladder on the tower top on the ground, then install the tower top on the rotary disk, and fix it with pin shaft and bolt.
7. Assemble the balance arm and the upper pull rod lifting mechanism. Connect the wires of the main winch, lift the main parts of the balance arm, connect the balance arm rod with the tower top point with the pin shaft, and connect the power supply.
8. Assemble the boom and the pull rod pulley block, the trolley traction mechanism and the maintenance lifting rail in the positive direction of the tower crane (according to the site situation), connect the boom and the front root of the tower cap with the truck crane, and connect the pull rod with the tower top point with the main winch.
9. The assembly weight shall not be misplaced according to the requirements of the drawing, and the counterweight shall be fixed with screw finally.
10. Connect the power supply of the trolley and put on the wire rope.
11. After the main tower is completed, check whether all structures are firm and whether the transmission mechanism (including wire rope and pulley) is normal. The electrical and safety devices shall be debugged, and joint can be added only after confirmation.
