In this way, the fixed bolt is easy to twist, break or thread slip, which makes the fixed bolt invalid, and the tower crane is easy to cause the pin shaft to fall off. Therefore, it should be noted in the installation of the baffle plate at the fixed shaft end of the pin shaft that the tower crane must be repaired before continuing the installation when the connecting bolt is damaged or the bolt hole is tripped.
2. Welding form of shaft end baffle
In this way, when hammering the pin shaft in the installation process, it is easy to crack the weld of the baffle at the end of the shaft. There are two reasons:
(1) The deflection of the pin shaft causes the end of the shaft to hit the baffle plate at the end of the shaft, which causes the weld to crack.
(2) After the pin has been installed in place, continue hammering to damage the weld.
