(2) Tower crane drivers must be at least 18-year-old qualified personnel with professional training and certain driving experience. Each tower crane is equipped with one tower crane working log. The operator on duty shall carefully fill in the working overview, environmental conditions, operation characteristics of each mechanism of the tower crane and the maintenance carried out on that day.
(3) Before leaving the machine at the end of the work shift, the operator of the track type tower crane shall clamp the rail clamp firmly to prevent the sudden rise of strong wind at night, and the tower crane will overturn when it is blown out of the track by the strong wind.
(4) When more than one tower crane is constructed around a project, the minimum safe operation distance between adjacent parts of two tower cranes is 5 m in China. Recently, the minimum distance between two adjacent tower cranes is 2 m, and the minimum clearance distance between the bottom of the components lifted by the tower crane and the highest point (top tip) of the adjacent tower crane is 2 m. However, foreign countries make new regulations from the reality: under certain conditions, tower crane can also lift operators. The specific conditions are as follows.
（1） The bottom of the basket for carrying personnel must be equipped with spring buffer device. Around the basket, there should be a high and closed fence type enclosure structure, safe and reliable sling and safety protection canopy.
(2) The basket of the lifting personnel shall be inspected by the full-time personnel of the safety inspection department 2 weeks in advance before the first use.

(3) The tower crane shall also be inspected by the full-time personnel of the safety inspection department before the first personnel lifting.
Recently, it is also introduced in foreign materials that, under the conditions of meeting some of the above requirements, a concrete hopper with a special operation platform is used. When the tower crane is lifting the concrete, it can also carry a concrete worker to the pouring site to be engaged in concrete pouring and vibrating (Figure 3), so as to avoid the need to move along the large scale The operation platform for concrete pouring is set up for the formwork, which not only simplifies the construction, but also saves the cost.
