The following car variable amplitude tower crane torque limiter debugging mode is discussed as follows. Taking the lifting torque limiter applied on QTZ63 tower crane as an example, the adjustment mode of the bow plate type torque limiter of the forerunner tower crane is as follows:

1. When the hook is no load, use the screwdriver to distinguish the down stroke switches 1, 2 and 3, and confirm whether the three switches are sharp and reliable.

(1) stroke switch 1 is the limit switch of 80% rated torque, press down the switch, buzzer alarm on the linkage table.

(2) stroke switch, 3 for additional torque limit switch, press the switch, lifting mechanism pick up with the luffing mechanism forward working power supply are blocked, lifting hook can only land, luffing car can only run backward, and linkage stage ablating light flashing, beeping continuous alarm.

2. When adjusting the hook, it should adopt quadruple ratio and break the height of 40 meters, lift the heavy object slightly off the ground, and the car may run.

3. When the working range is 50 meters long, the trolley runs to 25 meters, and the lifting weight is 2290KG. When the lifting weight is safe from the tower crane, the adjusting screw should be changed with the stroke switch 1, and the corresponding adjusting nut 7 should be tightened.

4. Adjust torque limiter and adjust stroke switch 2 according to fixed-amplitude variable code.

5. Adjust the torque limiter according to the fixed-code amplitude change, and adjust the stroke switch 3.
