L68B3 Mast Section Standard requirements for track and foundation in self inspection of tower crane installation
1. The stop device and buffer at the end of the traveling track are complete and effective.

2. The distance from the travel limit stop to the stop device shall not be less than 1 m.
3. The anti wind rail clamping device is effective.
4. The clearance between the track cleaning plate and the track shall not be greater than 5mm.
5. It is supported on the Road timber or subgrade box, and the two sides of the rail joint are staggered for not less than 1.5m; the gap is not more than 4mm, and the height difference is not more than 2mm.

6. The gauge error shall not be less than 1 / 1000 and the maximum shall be less than 6mm; the spacing between two adjacent lines shall not be more than 6m. ,
7. The drainage ditch and other facilities shall be unblocked, and the subgrade shall be free of ponding.
