Common options are as follows:
1. Direct use of natural foundation
This situation is applicable to the site with good soil conditions in the construction site, and there is a stable original soil layer with the thinnest part not less than 1.5m within the buried depth of the foundation of the training crane, and the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity of the soil layer is not less than 210kpa.

This situation is applicable to the poor soil conditions of the construction site, but there is a stable original soil layer with the thinnest part not less than 1.5m within the applicable range of the buried depth of the tower crane foundation, and the bearing capacity of the foundation of the soil layer is not less than 90kpa. When the direct use of the natural foundation cannot meet the requirements of the tower crane foundation for the bearing capacity of the foundation, the part of inferior soil above the soil layer needs to be treated with sand cushion For replacement, it shall be noted that the bearing capacity of sand cushion after compaction shall not be less than 210kpa, and the thickness and area of replacement of sand cushion shall be determined by calculation.
3. Use pile foundation as tower crane foundation
This kind of situation is usually applicable to the situation that the soil condition of the construction site is poor and there is no soil layer in the applicable range of the embedded depth of the tower crane foundation, or the tower crane foundation must be deeply buried due to the site restrictions (such as buried under the basement floor). In principle, the pile type is the same as the engineering pile type to facilitate the construction. In principle, the number of piles is 4 to form a group of piles and increase the stability of tower crane foundation.
