The test of the weight limiter of Tower Crane is discussed below. The test of the weight limiter of tower crane is carried out according to the following procedure, each item is repeated three times, each time can meet the requirements. 1. Maximum rated lifting weight test, normal lifting maximum rated lifting weight QM, lifting weight limiter should not move, allow lifting. Load landing, loading to 110% QM and lifting at the slowest speed, weight limiter should act, cut off all gear lifting loop power, load can not lift and output alarm signal. 2. Speed Limit Test: the lifting mechanism with multi-gear and different lifting capacity should be tested separately for each gear, the method is the same as 1. The test load is calculated according to the maximum allowable lifting capacity of gear.
