Maintenance of tower crane rotary support device
(1) The mounting support of the rotary support(the seat at the bottom of the support gear ring and the seat on the surface of the inner seat ring) must be rigid enough and the installation surface must be flat. Prior to assembly rotary support, stress removal should be carried out to reduce deformation of rotary support. The contact surface of the support and rotary support shall be cleaned during assembly.

(2) 10 shifts of tooth surface work should be cleaned up once and recoated with grease.
(3) In order to ensure the reliability of the bolt operation and avoid insufficient pre-tightening force of the bolt, the pretightening torque of the bolt shall be checked after the first 100 hours and 500 hours of rotary support work respectively. Check the pre-tightening torque every 1000 hours thereafter.
(4) During use, you should pay attention to the change of noise and the change of rotary resistance moment. If there is an abnormal phenomenon, you should check it.
(5) When tightening the nut, lubricate the thread of the bolt and the end of the nut, and apply a torque wrench to uniformly tighten the nut several times in the circular direction. When tightening last time, the pre-tightening torque on each bolt should be approximately uniform.
