In order to ensure the smooth and tight installation of each tower crane, it is very necessary to make a detailed plan for the installation of tower crane. At present, the current situation of tower crane installation is that the installation team will not make a detailed plan for the installation and work with their heads beating. Such a way of work will lay a hidden danger for the safety of the installation of tower crane.
Tower crane installation, dismantling and climbing (lowering) work plan
Detailed work plan shall be prepared and supervised for the installation, disassembly and climbing (lowering) of tower crane. In the planning stage, the installation construction organization can use the method of checklist to ensure that there is no omission. The plan shall be formulated by the person with practical operation experience, and a working meeting attended by all relevant personnel shall be held before construction to make everyone understand the operation procedures and their responsibilities. 1. Transportation mode of tower crane entering (leaving the site);
2. Selection and position of auxiliary crane during assembly / disassembly;
3. Access arrangement of transport vehicles;
4. Site conditions of tower crane installation;
5. Maximum height and boom length of tower crane to be installed;
6. Surrounding obstacles;
7. All special lifting equipment required in the installation process;
8. Liaison with owners of adjacent facilities;
9. Local government departments and institutions that need to be contacted according to the requirements of laws and regulations;
10. Necessary road closure arrangements;
11. Practical information obtained from the manufacturer's instructions in language fully understood by the installation personnel;
