Brake parts shall be scrapped in case of any of the following conditions:
(1) crack;
(2) the wear of the brake pad friction pad reaches 50% of the thickness of the raw material;
(3) the wear on the brake wheel surface is 5mm-2mm;
(4) the spring has plastic deformation;
(5) the empty stroke of lever system exceeds its rated stroke by about 10%.
