L68A1 Mast Section inspection work should be done after the installation of tower crane
1、 Tower crane safety device inspection
1. Moment limiter;
2. Lifting limiter;
3. Lifting height limiter;
4. Trolley luffing limiter;
5. Rotary stop;
6. Hook anti falling device;
7. Trolley anti falling device
8. Rope breaking protection device;
After installation, the tower crane shall be accepted according to the standard (gb5031-94) as long as the open space test, rated lifting load test and overload dynamic test are carried out, and the newly installed crane shall be subject to the super static load test and insulation test.
2、 Inspection for electrical protection device of tower crane
1. Special power distribution box for tower crane shall be provided to meet the requirements of one machine, one switch and one leakage. The insulation resistance of main circuit and control circuit shall be greater than 0.5m Ω, with reliable protective grounding. The resistance value shall not be greater than 4 Ω, with reliable lightning protection grounding;
2. The control circuit shall be equipped with emergency stop start, overcurrent, voltage loss, phase failure and phase failure protectors. The tower crane distribution box shall be equipped with rain proof device.
3. The tower top, tower arm end and balance arm tail shall be equipped with anti-collision signal lights; the cab interior shall be equipped with warning devices such as horn or electric bell.
3、 Other checks:
1. Whether the cotter pin of each connecting part is complete and bifurcated; whether the connecting pin meets the requirements of the manufacturer and whether the material meets the requirements;
2. Check whether the brake disc (including lifting, turning and trolley) is excessively worn, and adjust the clearance;
3. Whether the steel wire rope and rope clamp meet the requirements of the specification. If they meet the scrapping standards, they shall be scrapped. The distance and direction of the rope clamp shall meet the specifications.
The above three items shall be carefully inspected before the overall hoisting of tower crane to avoid rework during installation. The above items shall be accurate, sensitive and reliable, and shall be operated in strict accordance with the instructions.
4. The tower crane shall be equipped with a commander and the communication tool shall be walkie talkie;
5. A carbon dioxide dry powder fire extinguisher shall be equipped in the cab.
