The following emergency measures shall be taken for tower crane:
(1) if the self elevating tower crane has an attachment device, and the free height above the last attachment exceeds the design height in the instruction, two steel wire ropes shall be set in the direction of the building.
(II) if the self elevating tower crane is not attached, but has reached the maximum independent height in the design specification, four wire ropes shall be set for diagonal tie.
(III) for the non self elevating tower crane erected at one time, four diagonal tie wires shall be set.
(IV) the steel wire rope with a diameter of more than Ф 15 shall be used for the tie, and the tie shall be set at the root of the first standard section below the turntable; the inside of the standard section at the tie shall be supported by a wooden square larger than the width of the angle steel of the standard section to prevent the steel structure of the tower body from being damaged; the angle between the four tie wire ropes and the tower body shall be the same, controlled at 45. ~60. The steel wire rope shall be anchored in the form of ground anchor or concrete structure connection with the building that has reached the design strength; the steel wire rope shall be adjusted with left and right wire hooks to make the steel wire rope moderately tight and ensure that the tower body is in a vertical state.

(5) if there are signs, banners and other hanging objects on the tower body, they shall be removed immediately; if there are falling objects on the tower body, they must be removed immediately.
(VI) all bolts of the tower body must be tightened, and the attachment device of the tower body shall be inspected comprehensively to ensure that there is no looseness, open welding or deformation.
(VII) it is forbidden to fix the front and rear arms of the tower crane to ensure free rotation. The lightning protection facilities of tower crane must be in good condition and effective, and the power line of tower crane must be cut off.
