The detachable device(wedge-shaped joint, rope clip, pressure plate, etc.) shall examine the corrosion of the broken wire inside and inside the rope end and ensure the fastening of the steel wire clip of the wedge-shaped joint box. The inspection shall also ensure that the rope end device meets the requirements of the corresponding standards.
The braided circular buckle head should be used only at the tail of the joint to prevent the steel wire protruding from the end of the rope from injuring the hand, and the rest of the joint should be checked with the naked eye at any time.
If the breakage occurs obviously near or inside the tether end device, the wire rope can be truncated and reinstalled on the tether end fixation device, and the length of the wire rope must meet the minimum number of circles wound on the reel.
